Consultant Bailey Stuart is the Adjunct Professor at University of Anchorage Alaska, developing and teaching the CannaBasics course. Bailey presents educational seminars and lectures around the State of Alaska encompassing a variety of organizations educating on hemp and marijuana laws, regulations and future policies.

As of 2024 Bailey Stuart of Stuart Consulting has taken the industry seat on the Marijuana Control Board.
